UX Salon Talk

What's Arranged Marriage got to do with Product Design?

India and parts of Asia have a long (and living) tradition of Arranged Marriages. This talk looks at how Ux Designers (and tech) can play matchmakers (between users and products) beyond speed dating apps/services. Taking a swipe at loyalty, the talk explores how do we make ‘marriages’ between products and users last and how complicated relations (and relatives) can play a big part in helping. Full of examples, case-studies, anecdotes and cross connecting the marriage metaphor – this is a fun talk with thoughtful takeaways, and for thinking in long arcs of time for growth and retention.
